Using the portal¶
Finding something — use the search box at the top. Once there are more than a handful of pages it beats scrolling the nav.
Fixing something — every page has an edit pencil at the top right. It opens the file on GitHub, and you commit straight from the browser. No review, no approval. A page that's 80% right beats a page nobody wrote.
Adding a page — create the markdown file in docs/, then add it to the nav
in mkdocs.yml. A page that isn't in the nav won't show up.
Keeping it current¶
Every page carries a small block at the top saying who owns it, how often it needs looking at, and when it was last checked. That block is the whole maintenance system — there's no separate tracker.
If you read a page end to end and it's still true, bump last_reviewed to
today. That counts as a review even if you changed nothing.
Never put secrets here
No passwords, API keys or tokens — not even in a private wiki. Link to the password manager instead.
